The Lady Red Devils hosted their first playoff game against the Highland Scotties on Wednesday afternoon in Chanute, Kansas. The game had to be moved to a turf field due to heavy rainfall. Allen entered the playoff game as the number one seed in the regional playoffs. The Lady Red Devils dominated possession creating many opportunities, and the first goal of the game came on a corner kick from Mia Evans and Autumn Wyatt was there to finish it, Allen the early 1-0 lead. The second goal came from a free kick from Sam Burks as she hit one in the bottom left corner to make it 2-0 in favor of Allen.

Later, there was a foul a few yards on top of the 18 yard box and Yasmin Evans stepped up and put the free kick away to make it 3-0 for the Lady Red Devils before the end of the first half.

Allen continued to dominate the game in the second half, as they created many opportunities. Danielle Jeffcoat intercepted a pass from the Scotties backline and put a goal away to make it 4-0 for the Lady Red Devils in the 65th minute. The end result was a 4-0 win for Allen, giving Allen their 14th win of the season which is a new school record for wins in a season for women's soccer.

Allen will host the Pratt Beavers on Saturday. The game location will depend on weather.
