The Lady Red Devils faced off against NEO on September 5th. Allen started the game with great energy and dominated the game with the run of play. A small lapse came from the lady Red Devils and NEO took full advantage to counter and get a goal to put them up 1-0. The Lady Red Devils came back to tie the game from a goal from Claudia Zahui to put the game at 1-1. Minutes later from a set piece Kate Giblin hit one from 20 yards out on a 1 time volley to put the lady Red Devils up 2-1 before the end of the 1st half.
Allen came out with the same intensity as the first half with domination of possession to start the second half. Allen had many chances but could not find the back of the net until a foul in the box came and Mia Evans stepped up and put it away to put Allen up 3-1. The Lady Red Devils continued to dominate possession throughout the end of the game and limited possession for NEO.
The game finished 3-1 on the favor of the Lady Red Devils. Their record is now 5-1 and will play NOC on September 7th in Iola.
