September 4th, 2020:

The Allen Men's and Women's Cross Country teams competed in their first event of the Fall at the Terry Masterson Twighlight in Hutchinson, KS. The men cruised to a first place finish and were led by Brig Merritt who finished in 5th place overall. Allen's Owen Taylor, Henos, Andebrhan, and Raymon Gonzalez finished 7th, 8th, and 9th respectively overall.

4mile race

5^th – Brig Merritt, 21:39.5

7^th – Owen Taylor, 22:06.4

8^th – Henos Andebrhan, 22:08.4

9^th – Raymon Gonzalez, 22:08.5

20^th – Burch Greene, 22:44.9

35^th – Kyle Henry, 23:41.6

42^nd – Michael MCMorris, 24:04.4

50^th – Bret Plumlee, 25:23.2

The women's team did field a complete team; however, freshman Rachel Bycroft ran a personal best and finished 16^th overall with a time of 20:40.5. McKenna Esfeld finished 32^nd with a time of 21:51.0 and Elka Billings finished 36^th with a time of 22:30.7.
