Monday night, Allen volleyball took on #16 Fort Scott in the Allen gymnasium. Allen would start the set with a strong block against Fort Scott's best hitter. This really set the tone for the rest of the match. Fort Scott would go back and forth with Allen as the first set ends with Allen winning in extra points 29-27.  The second set would be the most efficient for the Devils with 17 kills and only 4 errors. Defense continued to be strong for Allen in the set and allow them to keep long rallies alive. Allen would take the second set 25-23. The third would be the easiest for the Devils as they continued to apply pressure from all ends to win 25-14 in a 3 set sweep.

Allen was lead offensively by Ashlynn Aikins with 8 kills. Reagan Berlin and Macie Ediger both had 7. The offense was ran by Laia Jaca with 33 assists. Mattie Dougherty had 19 digs for the defense.

Allen heads to Parsons Thursday to take on Labette.
