Red Devils Run-Rule Pratt

The Red Devils claimed a 5-inning, run-rule 12-3 victory on Monday, March 27th despite a big push by Pratt in the second inning. The Beavers bats were led by Lauren Galliher and Brylee Ray, who each had RBIs in the inning. In the first inning, Allen got their offense started. The Red Devils scored one run when Robin Todd doubled. Allen put up five runs in the third inning.  Ashley Tribble, Lacey Stamper, Haley Gedrose, and Kylar Smith each had RBIs in the frame.

 Skyler Jackson led things off in the circle for the Red Devils. The right-hander went three innings, allowing three runs on four hits and striking out two. Makayla McGinnis earned the save coming in to throw the final two innings, striking out three, allowing no runs, no hits and no walks. Bryanna Gallagher started the game for Pratt CC. The right-hander surrendered 12 runs on seven hits over four innings, striking out two. Todd led the Red Devils with two hits in three at bats.

The Red Devils are now 8-11 on the season and start conference play this Thursday at home against Johnson CC at 2:00/4:00p.
