Red Devils defeated Independence CC 12-1 in game one on Saturday thanks in part to Brooklyn Floyd, who drove in four runners. Floyd drove in runs on a double in the first and a double in the fourth.

Red Devils secured the victory thanks to seven runs in the first inning. Red Devils offense in the inning was led by Riley Zook, Madisyn Thompson, Jo-Elle Natividad, Lauren Mills, Floyd, and Zook, all knocking in runs in the inning.

Red Devils got things started in the first inning as Zook hit a solo homer.

Floyd pitched Red Devils to victory. She allowed four hits and one run over five innings, striking out four and walking zero.

Red Devils socked one home run on the day. Zook went deep in the first inning.

Red Devils collected 12 hits on the day. Zook, Natividad, and Floyd all had multiple hits for Red Devils. Zook went 4-for-4 at the plate to lead Red Devils in hits.

Red Devils had no trouble on offense in game two, winning big over Independence CC 10-2.

Red Devils got things moving in the first inning. Ashtyn Jurging doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

Jurging pitched Red Devils to victory. She surrendered two runs on two hits over five innings, striking out six.

Red Devils totaled ten hits in the game. Alayna Brown, Macie Cervantes, and Jurging each collected multiple hits for Red Devils. Jurging, Cervantes, and Brown each collected two hits to lead Red Devils. Red Devils was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Madisyn Thompson made the most plays with seven.

Red Devils are now 3-3 on the season and are back in action at home Tuesday, February 25th against NOC-Tonkawa at 1:00/3:00PM.
