The Lady Red Devils fell 8-0 to Maplewoods CC on Monday.

Elizabeth Roccaro got it done in the circle on the way to a win. She tossed six innings of shutout ball. She struck out four, walked none and surrendered two hits.

Paige Dugger ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. She lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked two, struck out none, and allowed two runs.

Maplewoods CC went up for good in the first, scoring two runs on a two-run home run by Bailey Guiles.

Maplewoods CC built upon its lead with three runs in the fourth. A single by Autumn Hughes ignited the offense,, scoring Roccaro.
