Allen played six games in six days, and sophomore Roberto Enriquez hit in them all.  Enriquez smacked four home runs over the first four games, and totaled eight RBI's during the stretch, and garnered a .416 batting average.

Austin Stone, freshman from Arvada, CO, was dominant as the Broncbusters earned their first victory of the season after dropping their first two. He followed that up six days later with an eight-strikeout day vs. Western Nebraska where he retired 14 of the final 16 batters he faced.

Johnson County sophomore right-hander Brendan Stanek flirted with a no-hitter in his first outing of the 2017 season. He pitched six innings of shutout baseball, allowing just one hit, no walks and five strikeouts in a 17-0 win over Shawnee Community College.
