Drew Noble begins his 3st season with the Red Devil Baseball Program.

Noble’s first season in 2020, was cut short due to the pandemic. In Noble’s second season, Allen posted a 32-19 regular season record, finishing fourth in the Jayhawk East. The 2021 staff posted the 3rd best team ERA in the entire Jayhawk Conference, with four pitchers moving on to Division 2 universities.

Coach Noble brings four years of college coaching experience to the program. Coach Noble began his coaching career in 2015 at Black Hawk College, a division two Junior College in Moline, Illinois.

During his time as the pitching coach at BHC, the program had a record of 126-65. Winning 3 Arrowhead Conference titles, and one win away from a World Series birth in 2019. Noble’s best season leading the Braves pitching staff was in 2017. BHC’s staff ranked tops in the nation in five pitching categories. Nationally ranked 12th or better in hits allowed, runs allowed, ERA, K/9, and was 1st in the country in walks allowed (99) in 329 innings. The 2017 team finished the season ranked 12th with a 37-10 record. Losing to the eventual Nation Champions, Kankakee CC in the region playoffs. The 2019 season, BHC advance to its best playoff finish in school history. Region 4 runner-up.  Seven pitchers from the 2019 team moved on to four year programs, four signed Division one.

Noble, a native of Eudora, KS started his college baseball career at Coffeyville Community College. In his freshman season, Noble was selected to the All-Conference team as a Right Handed Pitcher. Appearing in 11 games, with a 6-4 record, 3 saves, and only 18 walks in 70 innings. In his sophomore season, Noble set a school record for innings pitched. Recording 86 2/3 innings, helping Coffeyville to its best finish in program history. Region Six Runner-Up.

After Coffeyville, Noble transferred to Missouri Southern State University. Where in his junior season, Noble compiled a record of (7-4). Noble played a major role in helping the Lions secure its first MIAA Conference tournament title in 20 years. Noble threw a complete game win to beat 5th ranked Missouri Western 6-3 to clinch the title and post season berth for the Lions. MSSU’s first Post Season berth in 20 years. In the NCAA Central Regional, Noble worked a no hitter through 7 innings against Central Missouri. Where the lions fell short in the 9th, ending their season with a 34-22 record.

Noble graduated from Missouri Southern State University in the spring of 2019 earning two degrees. Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice Administration, Associates in Law Enforcement.

Coach Noble and his wife Sarah reside in Iola, KS with their new born baby Knox. Knox was born October 27th, 2021 in Chanute, KS.
