Allen Red Devils couldn't keep up with Johnson CC in second round of the Region 6 Softball Tournament.

Johnson opened the scoring in the bottom of the first thanks to two doubles. Camrynn Yardley took the loss for Allen as the starting pitcher who went three and two-thirds inning, surrendering eight runs (four earned) on 10 hits, striking out one and walking one.

Paxton Meyer and Kaylee Spreer each collected one hit for Allen. Meyer lead the Red Devils with one run batted in going 1 for 2 on the day. Bailee Campbell paced the Red Devils with two walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, collecting five walks for the game. Red Devils would lose 9-1 and will face Labette County CC for an elimination game.
