Sarah is originally from Kansas City, MO and a graduate from Oak Park High School. Sarah was a member of the Red Devil Program during the 2015-2017 seasons. She was the starting Middle for the Devils and graduated from Allen in 2017 with her Associates Degree in Applied Science.  After Allen Sarah went on to play at Park University as a Right Side, while earning a degree in Marketing and Accounting.

Prior to becoming the Assistant Coach at Allen, Sarah coached Club for 3 years at the national level.
