The Allen Volleyball team traveled last weekend to Baytown, TX to take on a NJCAA D1 tournament. The Devils would come home 2-2. On Friday, Allen faced Lee College (host school) and Panola College. They struggled in both matches losing in 3 sets to each team. It was a poor showing for Allen on Friday. Luckily, they would be resilient on Saturday as they faced Victoria College and Wharton County. The Devils won in 5 sets against Victoria and in 4 against Wharton County. Allen Volleyball finally looked back to normal in the Saturday matches. Laia Jaca would end the weekend with 103 assists. Jaca missed the Panola match due to injury. Adriana Santiago would have 35 kills, Samantha Alexander would add 25.
