Allen hit the road for two matches this week. Monday, the Devils traveled to Miami, OK to take on NEO. The girls came out on top in the first set, winning 25-23. Then battled the next three games but lost by just a few points, losing in 4.
Last night the Devils battled the Fort Scott greyhounds, who are 17th in the nation. The same trend took place, started out strong and fought point for point, only losing the first match by three. The Devils had the momentum in the second set but after the Greyhounds went on a short run, the momentum was gone and Allen couldn't get it back, losing the next two sets.
Allen's next game is on Saturday, October 22nd against Hesston.
