Women's Track and Field Heads into Thanksgiving Break

Iola, KS- Allen women's track and field has been training since August 2015 and has accomplished a lot in the past few months here at Allen Community College. They first started by winning the first ever Cross Country Conference title in school history and the distance side led by freshman Kaitlyn Shoemaker. On the sprint side sophomore Alondriah Brown looks to return to Indoor Nationals and Outdoor Nationals. Brown leads the way for the women's sprints this fall showing leadership and great work ethics on and off the track for the new incoming freshman. The Lady Devils will be finishing up there fall training and getting set to open up the Indoor season next year on January 15, 2016 at Johnson County Community College.
