Jeremy McGinnis is entering his 8th season as the head women’s soccer coach at Allen Community College. McGinnis is the winningest head coach in the 20 years of the programs history. He holds the best single season record in the history of the program at 13-4-2 in the 2013 season. In the 2013 season he led the lady Red Devils to a fourth place in the Jayhawk conference as well  reaching as high as #18 in the nation. McGinnis has guided the Lady Red Devils to the playoffs more times than any previous coach in the 23 years of the programs history. Under McGinnis the Lady Red Devils have also been very successful in the classroom with many student-athletes receiving honors for Academic All-Americans.

Jeremy is no stranger to being a Red Devil, being a former player and assistant coach. Jeremy came back to Allen after getting experience in two NAIA programs. At Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska Jeremy assisted the lady warrior soccer program to finish in the top three of the GPAC as well as finishing in the semifinals of the GPAC conference tournament. While at Midland Jeremy also trained both Men’s and Women’s Goal Keeper’s for both programs. Before heading to Nebraska Jeremy was the assistant for the Men's and Women's Programs at Ottawa University during the 2010 soccer season.  At Ottawa, the women captured the KCAC regular season title going undefeated, while the Men finished second in the conference.

Prior to his stint at Midland and Ottawa, Jeremy was the assistant for both the Men and Women here at Allen Community College for four years. While here at Allen the men were runners up in Region 6 his first year and finished in the final four the next three years.  The women's program at Allen broke into the conference tournament twice within those four years for the first time in the history of the women's program.

Jeremy held the assistant coaching job for five years before Allen at Topeka West High School where West made numerous appearances in the 5A state championships on both the boy's and girl's side. While in Topeka, Jeremy was a head trainer for Prodigy Soccer Club as well as the Goalkeeper trainer for the club. He worked with boy’s and girl's teams ranging from ages 9-17 and has captured many tournament and league titles while with Prodigy. Jeremy currently is the goal keeper coach for Sporting Kaw Valley soccer club and trainer for the U16 boys United Elite for Sporting Kaw Valley.

Jeremy currently holds his Premier diploma through the NSCAA, as well as the goal keeping level 3.  As a player, Jeremy competed at Allen Community College and Neosho Community College as a right back and started and played in the Region 6 finals both years.

Jeremy resides in Iola with wife Jessie and their daughter Riley.
