Over the weekend Allen women's basketball team traveled to El Reno, Oklahoma to compete against Redlands Community College. The Lady Red Devils fell short 61-69, losing by 8. The Lady Red Devils won the first quarter, leading by 2 going into the second quarter but were unable to maintain the lead.

Despite not coming away with the win on the road there were many good take aways in this game for the Lady Red Devils. They had two Freshman players who ended the game with 10+ points and 5+ rebounds. Tristian Martin, lead the Lady Red Devils with 16 points and 7 rebounds.

Clara Romero scored 12 points and 9 rebounds, one rebound short of a double- double. Freshman Naomi Smith chipped in 10 points and Sophomore Adjaratou Mbaye contributed 8 rebounds. The Lady Red Devils out rebounded Redlands by 17 and shot 46% from the field.
