Tuesday was a long day for The Lady Red Devils, as they fell to Johnson County Community College 11-0.

Johnson County Community College scored four runs in the fifth inning. Johnson County Community College's big inning was driven by a home run by Sammi Bates, a home run by Taylor Kirk, and a double by Halle Brin.

One bright spot for The Lady Red Devils was a single by Chelsea Lake in the third inning.

Halle Still earned the win for Johnson County Community College. She tossed five innings, allowing zero runs, two hits, and striking out six. Raegan Beckley took the loss for The Lady Red Devils. She went three and two-thirds innings, giving up six runs, 12 hits, striking out two, and walking zero.

Home runs for Johnson County Community College came when Bates homered in the fifth inning and Kirk homered in the fourth and fifth innings.

Winter Henry and Lake each managed one hit to lead The Lady Red Devils.

Johnson County Community College had 19 hits in the game. Kirk, Brin, Bayleigh Nelson, Bates, Tamara Hicks, and Madison Wegner each collected multiple hits for Johnson County Community College.
