Friday was a long day for The Lady Red Devils, as it fell to Seminole State College 5-3.

The Lady Red Devils captured the lead in the second inning. With two outs in the second inning Sierra Thompson drove in three runs when she homered.

Seminole State College took the lead for good with three runs in the fourth inning. In the fourth there was an error, scoring two runs and Casady Webb singled off of Raegan Beckley, driving in one run.

Karla Soto earned the win for Seminole State College. She pitched seven innings, allowing three runs, five hits, striking out three, and walking zero. Beckley took the loss for The Lady Red Devils. She went six innings, allowing five runs, five hits, and striking out one.

Winter Henry, Alexis Ramos, Thompson, Julia Keating, and Morgan Wayman each collected one hit to lead The Lady Red Devils.

Seminole State College didn't commit a single error in the field. Macy Smith had the most chances in the field with eight.
