Sixth-inning rally sparks win for The Lady Red Devils, 10-2

The Lady Red Devils beat Fort Scott CC 10-2 in six innings on Tuesday in Fort Scott, KS after a six-run explosion in the sixth inning.

The Lady Red Devils scored in the sixth on a two-run double by Alana Renshaw, an RBI single by Breanna Dinkel, a two-run triple by Ashley Womack, and an RBI double by Ali Morris.

Womack racked up three RBIs on three hits for The Lady Red Devils.

Baileigh Rager got the win for The Lady Red Devils thanks to four strikeouts. Rager allowed one earned run on four hits and one walk over five innings.

Amber Sutton was charged with the loss. She allowed eight runs in 5 2/3 innings, walked one and struck out two.

The game was never in doubt after the first, as The Lady Red Devils scored three runs on two doubles and an RBI single by Sarah Eckart.
