A superb effort by Ashley Womack lifted The Lady Red Devils to a 15-7 win in seven innings over Fort Scott CC on Tuesday in Fort Scott, KS.

Womack racked up six RBIs on four hits for The Lady Red Devils. She doubled in the third and fourth innings and homered in the first and seventh innings.

The Lady Red Devils sealed the win with six runs in the seventh. The Lady Red Devils scored in the seventh on a solo home run by Sarah Eckart, a two-run double by Morgan Wayman, and a three-run home run by Womack.

The game was back-and-forth heading into the fourth, with five lead changes.

The Lady Red Devils pulled out the win thanks to a strong fourth inning. The Lady Red Devils went up for good on a two-run double by Womack off Aubrey Smith, bringing home Alana Renshaw and Wayman. A two-run double by Womack scored Renshaw and Wayman to give The Lady Red Devils the lead for good.

Raegan Beckley got the win for The Lady Red Devils despite allowing five runs over five innings. Beckley struck out two, walked none and gave up seven hits.

Additional home runs for The Lady Red Devils came when Ali Morris homered in the fifth inning and Womack homered in the first and seventh innings.

Smith was the game's losing pitcher. She allowed 11 runs in six innings, walked one and struck out five.

In the top of the first, The Lady Red Devils grabbed the early lead, 3-0. The scoreboard lit up again for The Lady Red Devils when Dinkel scored on a two-run home run by Womack.

The Lady Red Devils went up for the duration of the game after the fourth inning. Additional runs came from a sacrifice fly by Breanna Dinkel and an RBI single by Renshaw.

The Lady Red Devils matched its one-run fifth inning with one more in the sixth. In the fifth, The Lady Red Devils scored on a solo home run by Morris.
