The Lady Red Devils beat Brown Mackie College on Sunday 12-3 at Salina, KS in six innings.

The Lady Red Devils scored six runs in the sixth on The Lady Red Devils scored in the sixth on a two-run home run by Sarah Eckart, an RBI double by Morgan Wayman, and a two-run home run by Ashley Womack.

Womack racked up three RBIs on three hits for The Lady Red Devils.

Brown Mackie College's lineup had no answer for Paige Dugger. Brown Mackie College managed just one hit off of Dugger, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during her 3 1/3 innings of work.

Heather Villarreal took the loss for Brown Mackie College. She allowed six runs in 4 2/3 innings, walked none and struck out none.

The Lady Red Devils jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the top of the third. The Lady Red Devils' threat began with a single by Breanna Dinkel. An error then moved Dinkel from first to second. The scoreboard lit up again for The Lady Red Devils when Renshaw scored on a groundout by Womack and Wayman scored on a passed ball.

After a quick strike from The Lady Red Devils, Brown Mackie College responded with three runs in the third. Brown Mackie College scored on a two-run single by Makaila Martinez and an RBI double by Magen Allen.

The Lady Red Devils stayed on top until the final out after taking the lead in the fifth, scoring three runs on two singles.
