Baileigh Rager hits and pitches The Lady Red Devils to 9-0 victory

Baileigh Rager came up big at the dish and on the rubber, leading The Lady Red Devils to a 9-0 win over Central Methodist University JV on Saturday at Iola, KS.

Rager racked up two RBIs on three hits for The Lady Red Devils. She doubled in the first inning and singled in the second and third innings.

Central Methodist University JV's lineup had no answer for Rager. Central Methodist University JV managed just one hit off of the The Lady Red Devils' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during her four innings of work.

Nine runs in the first three innings helped The Lady Red Devils blow out Central Methodist University JV. An RBI double by Rager, an RBI double by Ashley Womack, and an RBI single by Alexis Campuzano during the first inning and a passed ball, a sacrifice fly by Womack, a passed ball, and an RBI single by Campuzano in the second inning supplied the early offense for The Lady Red Devils.

Emily Musil ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. She allowed seven runs in 1 2/3 innings, walked one and struck out none.
