Lady Red Devils Win 6-4 Over Central Methodist University JV

Central Methodist University JV was unable to fight back from the big hole it dug itself into against The Lady Red Devils, and Central Methodist University JV lost 6-4 to The Lady Red Devils after falling behind by four runs in the fourth inning.

Central Methodist University JV scored on a two-run home run by Ashlan Edwards in the fifth inning and a two-run triple by Patricia Neiswander in the seventh inning. Unfortunately, Central Methodist University JV wasn't able to take the lead back.

Ashley Womack had a hot bat for The Lady Red Devils. Womack went 2-3 and scored three runs. She singled in the second and fourth innings.

Raegan Beckley got it done in the circle on the way to a win. She allowed two runs over four innings. Beckley struck out four, walked two and gave up four hits.

Kaila Nash took the loss for Central Methodist University JV. She allowed six runs in 4 2/3 innings, walked none and struck out two.

The lead stayed with The Lady Red Devils after the second, when it scored two runs on a groundout by Breanna Dinkel.

After posting two runs in the fourth, The Lady Red Devils again scored two in the fifth. In the fourth, The Lady Red Devils scored on a passed ball, bringing home Womack.
