The men's soccer team tied Hesston yesterday 8/29 1-1 in double overtime. The larks got on the score board first with a goal in 12th minute on a breakaway. The Red Devils tied it up in 50th minute on a goal by Dorian Soto-Molina, assisted by Brevin Allen. Allen dominated the game and the statistics, but just couldn't find the back of the net for the game winner. Allen outshot Hesston 12-1 on shots on goal and 25-4 on overall shots. Gabrielle Alves played most of the game in goal until he got hurt in the first overtime, then Zakk Wilce finished out the game. Allen is scheduled to be back in action on 8/31 at home against Blue River Community College at 4PM.
