Men's Soccer Dominates Tabor

The Men's Soccer Team won on the road 4-1 last night against Tabor JV. The Red Devils started the game very slow, but still dominated the first half with most of the positions and shots on goal. Dorian Molina had a rare shot opportunity on goal and he took advantage of that, with a beautiful upper 90 goal from the corner of the eighteen yard box. Sami Sabrah played Dorian a through ball to set him up for the goal. With ten Minutes left in the first half Sami Sabrah scored the second goal for the Red Devils, with an assist from Austin George.

The start of the second half didn't go so well for the Red Devils. They took their foot off the gas and started letting Tabor have some opportunities on goal. Tabor scored just six minutes into the second half from a corner kick to make the game 2-1. After the Tabor goal, Allen started to pick up their play and only allowed Tabor 2 more shots the whole second half. With about seven minutes left in the game Daniel Guardado scored his fifth goal of the season, with a nicely slotted through ball by Edgar Cantanada to put the Red Devils back up by two. Just a minute later Edgar Cantanada took advantage of a penalty kick to make the score 4-1 and put the game out of reach. Alan Ibarra only record 3 total saves during the game.

The Red Devils are 2-5-1 on the year, and will travel to Johnson on Saturday for an important conference matchup.
