Shane Venteicher is a native of Glidden Iowa and graduated from Simpson College in Indianola Iowa with a degree in Athletic Training.  While at Simpson College Shane played football for four years. Prior to Allen Shane worked at Missouri Southern State University as an assistant athletic trainer for the football team.
