Baseball:
A Sophomore from Shawnee Heights High School in Topeka, Ks. Jesse Kutzke has started 8 games and has a 4-1 record. He has 65 strikeouts and only 9 Walks and threw a one-hitter against Neosho. He has a 3.77 ERA at the moment and is one of the most consistent starting pitchers for the Red Devil baseball team.
Softball:
Winter was named the KJCCC Player of the week the first week of the season and has been a strong asset in our lineup. She is a lead of lefty who can place the ball and use her speed to beat it out but she also hits the long ball.
Currently Winter is ranked 3rd in the KJCCC with a batting average of .479 and is tied for 7th in stolen bases with 19. She leads our team with 56 Hits, 23 RBI’s, and a slugging percentage of .620.
