Cheer & Dance:

Andrika Dawn attended Topeka high school before she become an Allen Red Devil. Her positive attitude and encouragement has really been an influential aspect of our practices. She has bought into our program this year and continues to work hard at achieving her goals. Throughout per-season she worked on technique, strength, and trusting her ability. Her growths in body awareness, strength, and confidence has allowed her to perfect tumbling technique and passes, as well as perform at elite level in stunting. She is now passing multiple back handsprings, running a round-off back tuck, is able to perform a standing toe-touch back handspring, and is working to develop her standing back tuck. In stunting she is able to work with a variety of base groups without hindering her performance, making her very versatile. She is also working to improve her co-ed stunting and basket-toss experience. She does all this while still maintaining a 3.38 GPA and participating in Track. Next year she plans on attending Baylor University and trying out for their cheer team.
