Winter Futsal Soccer for the Youth of Iola

The Allen Men’s and Women’s soccer teams work in conjunction with the Iola Recreation Department to run a winter indoor futsal league and clinic.  The program runs for five weeks and is at the Iola Middle School Gymnasium on Saturday mornings.  The first week each of the 3 age groups has a 1 hour clinic with the Red Devil Soccer teams and coaching staff.  The other 4 weeks they do a 15 minutes skills clinic and then play games against each other, the age groups are kindergarten/1^st, 2^nd/3^rd, and 4^th-6^th.  This is a great opportunity for the athletes to give back to the community and get a chance to coach and referee.
