Andrea Maldonado has stepped into the libero role big time. She keeps balls from hitting the floor, averaging 6.4 digs per set for the week. She was only aced two times out of 58 attempts on the week. She is currently second in the conference in digs per set and third in overall digs. She can also make a difference from the serving line with her tough serves, earning Allen many aces against Labette last week.
