COMMUNITY SERVICE SCAVENGER HUNT

The Allen Cheer and Dance teams spent the day giving back to the community with a community service scavenger hunt. The athletes were split into teams of 5 and given a list of tasks to complete. On this list included things such as: spend time with the residents at Heartland Meadows, read a book to the animals at ACARF, and carry groceries to someone’s car.

Once they completed these tasks, they returned to show us pictures and talk about their experience. All of the athletes agreed that doing these things not only made them feel good, but it also made them want to continue to give back to the community on a regular basis and positively represent their school!
