2018 Winter Hitting & Pitching Clinic Flyer

Allen Community College Softball Team and Coaches will be hosting a one day clinic in our activities building. The clinic will have four separate time slots. You can choose from Advanced Pitching (Ages 14-18) at 9-10am, Advanced Hitting (Ages 14-18) at 11-12:30pm, Beginners Hitting (Ages 8-13) at 1-2:30pm and Beginners Pitching (8-13) at 3-4:30p.

The hitting clinic will be designed for hitter’s in all skill levels, who will be educated on the breakdown of a swing, contact point, hip drive and swing finish. In addition to receiving instruction on proper hitting mechanics, participants will also take part in a variety of hitting drills. The pitching clinic will be split into two sections, advanced and beginners. Both sessions are designed to promote proper pitching mechanics, optimize speed and enhance consistency, while also teaching the girls a variety of pitching drills.
